Do I need to decarb my herb before infusing it?

To decarboxylate is not necessary, but we do recommend it when you want to make butter or oil. 

Decarboxylation is the activation of the substances present in the herbs. for example, THCA turns into THC and CBDA turns into CBD when exposed to heat.

So when you do not decarboxylate it means that your creation is not fully activated, you will notice this because the strength will not be optimal.


When you make an extraction you can also choose to decarboxylate the concentrate.
