No. Decarboxylate only once. We recommend:
Use CBD Decarb and CBD Infuse functions, if your strain contains more CBD than THC.
Otherwise, use the general Decarb and Infuse functions.
When you use the CBD settings for your herb:>> You get all the CBD and THC activated and infused, and maybe also a bit CBN if your strains contains a high level of THC.
When you use the General settings for your buds:>> You get all THC with no CBN, but a bit of CBD-a remains, if your strains contains high CBD.
